Hi - I'm Jeff - Founder and Operator of Aspen Aerial Services. Aspen Aerial Services was born from a life-long passion for aviation and a love of seeing the world from above. My goal is to provide professional aerial photography and cinematography for organizations, clients, and their creative projects.
As a professional helicopter and airplane pilot and Army veteran, I’ve spent over 15 years experiencing the world from the air. That naturally evolved into capturing the scenery, scale, and detail that can only truly be appreciated from above. Aspen Aerial Services combines that aviation experience with drone technology, focusing on thoughtful composition, smooth movement, and purposeful imagery.
While based in Southern California, my work has taken me across the world, and now I capture everything from coastlines and communities to landscapes, businesses, construction sites, and special events. Every project is approached with the goal of creating great-looking footage that tells a story, elicits emotion, and gives viewers a perspective they may not otherwise experience.

Photography tailored to your project. Images can be delivered in JPEG or PNG formats and can be professionally edited and color graded for a finished, ready-to-use product.

Flexible professional video delivery. Footage can be provided in formats suitable for post-production, including D-Log where appropriate, giving clients and production teams maximum flexibility in the editing process.

Need a finished product? Aspen Aerial Services can provide fully edited video incorporating licensed music, titles, transitions, effects, and professional color grading - ready for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other applications.

Every project is different. Pricing and turnaround times depend on location, flight requirements, deliverables, and overall project scope.

We handle the airspace. Some projects require FAA airspace authorization or other coordination before flight. Aspen Aerial Services evaluates the operating environment and manages applicable FAA authorization requirements so clients do not have to navigate the process themselves.
